Refund & repurchases

I recently purchased Fifa 20 today on the microsoft store then asked for a refund. Then I realised I want to purchase it again using the same banking account. Now I’m wondering if it is advisable to wait until the refund has reflected on my banking account
since it was confirmed or I can make the purchase again & the refund will still be paid either way?

It is advisable to wait the end of a transaction before starting another for the same item, that goes for every service. In the future I suggest you to ponder well before making purchases or asking for refunds.

Thank you for your post.

Actually, support will not be able to reverse a refunded charge. Once a Charge has been refunded, then the money is sent back to the user. It is then up to the user to repurchase the item they were refunded. (If they want to repurchase the item or not, is
up to them)

Another workaround is to ask for a refund and repurchase on his account.

He would have to request a refund and then repurchase if that goes through.
