Refund / Remboursement

Hi,

I buy the Stardew Valley for my girlfriend on Xbox One but still no french version of the game and she doesn't like it.

I'd like a refund for this game but when I go to the refund page (Here : https://support.xbox.com/fr-BE/billing/payment-and-purchases/request-refund), I can go threw step 1 and 2 but step 3 isn't working, I always have this message : Sorry, support.xbox.com
isn't available right now.

I tried this page for 3 days now, start to be annoying. I don't want them to say " it's too late for a refund " ...

Do someone know how to do for a fast refund please ?

J'ai essayé la page pendant 3 jours d'affilés, je commence être énervé, je n'ai pas envie d'arriver au moment ou ils me diront " C'est trop **** pour un remboursement ".

Quelqu'un aurait une astuce pour un remboursement rapide svp ?

How can I have a refund if this page isn't available everyday ?

I've tried again last 3 days but this page isn't available at all ...

At this point what you can do is request a refund as an accidental purchase. Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/requestrefund and submit the form as an accidental purchase and make sure to explain the specifics.

You will be contacted within 72 hours.

I think it might just be an issue with Support right now. I tried contacting Support myself yesterday morning and kept getting an error message as well, saying that they could not connect at this time and to try again. I even tried requesting a call back,
as it said the estimated wait time was 2 minutes. I kept requesting this over and over for about 10 minutes, and just kept getting an error message. So, it's very possible that it's just a problem on Xbox's end, in which case I'm sad to say, just keep trying.
Sometimes services go down for a while and then you wait a bit and try again, and poof, they work fine lol. Sorry, I wish I had a quick fix for you. If nothing else is working, I would say just keep trying and fingers crossed that you can contact them soon.
I would also take screenshots or some kind of record that you were trying to contact them, just in case they do tell you that you waited too long to request a refund. Good luck!

But again, when I go on this link, I follow steps and go back to the refund page. I agree with step 1 & 2 and after that, same message : "Sorry, support.xbox.com isn't available right now."
