I've checked my emails and junk I've not had a reply from them? So nothing to appeal against.

Just a friendly reminder though that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles refund concerns and they can be reached by replying to the email that was sent by them as a confirmation of your request or through the decision email.

Kindly check your spam/junk mail or reply to the email that was sent to you when you requested the refund.
