    Refund refused


    How do I appeal a refund that was refusedI I have a screen shot of one of your Microsoft Ambassadors stating that to be eligible for a refund(NeoDan123 on Jan 20, 2020) I need to have bought in the last 14 day and played less then 2 hours of it. My refund
    meets this criteria and I listed the lengthy trouble shoot conversation reference # with the tech specialist about my situation.

    Please help me.

    Thank you. But we didnt play at all. He missed the small print that the game was only good for xbox360 not the xbox one. So to me a game that has not even been played and deleted should be able to do something.

    I know they cant. Im just venting before i call to fix the situation. I just want other people aware with the hope that this nonsense will someday change.

    You can try replying to the email you received denying the request in order to contact the refund specialists or try to resubmit the request.

    Maybe try phoning them this has happend to me before but in the end didn't get refund either.
