    Honestly, I am only here to rant about a purchase I've made. I have purchased NBA 2k21 Mamba Forever edition which had cost me a total of (including tax) $106.42. I requested a refund once, because I did not like it. That one was accepted. As foolish as
    I am, I purchased the game again and played it for 24 hours, meaning it is over the refund. Now learning from my mistakes I requested another refund which I learned will NOT BE ACCEPTED because I had played over the limit. There needs to be a new policy regarding
    purchases OVER $100.

    Thank you spud for rational thinking. EA/ORIGIN is now offering refunds on titles that don't meet expectations but there is a limited time in which to get refund. I have no problem with this, but ranting like a child( NUMPTY) with no ideas on how to implement
    something will get nowhere. In sure there will be a few changes to policy but free trading of digital I doubt and don't agree with.

    That's a touchy subject. Best thing to do is talk to another rep. Explain things calmly and they just might help you even if they say you have roo many refunds. What is your reason for the refunds.. You dont dont the game? Game is faulty.. They do look
    at the reasons for a refund. Just dont get angry cause rhe rep will help you most likely if you are calm regardless of the situation. Who would you want to go above and beyond for a ranting madman or a calm understanding individual
