Refund question

I accidentally had bought the Anthem Legion of Dawn Edition and I meant to click on Anthem instead (as I only had enough money for that and not the special edition) I wanted a refund because my bank account is showing I'll overdraft if I don't. I got an
email back saying they couldn't refund it but I wanted to know specifics on why since it didn't specify in the email
