    hello

    i was making this post to see if i could talk to someone about a refund of the game i have had the same issue since a few days after it was launched it was working fine then a few days later i was having an issue

    a running progress may be interfering with the correct operation of state of decay 2 this may be caused by anti virus software, malware,game overlays,or other active progresses on your pc

    then after i click ok it says the signed in users do not have a licence for this game please purchase this game or sign in with a user with a valid licence.

    i have whitelisted this game with trend as it said to on the state of decay 2 website

    i havent seen anything about fixing this or anything about it at all and at this point i cant play the game i wish for a refund.

    How to Get a Refund

    Hi all!

    I'm looking for a way to acquire a refund for a game on my XBOX ONE. The game in question is Slender: The Arrival, I bought it and don't like it, so I would like a refund if that's possible. Is there any way for me to get a refund through my XBOX or on the
    Microsoft Store?

    Have you tried contacting the game makers about this issue you encountered?. Also you can try redownloading the packs by unistalling the game in question to help you with the issue. Below there is a few links that might be able to assist you with the issue

    That will bring up the question:" Why you asked for a refund in the first place if you are that uncertain about that particular title?"

    In my opinion the xbox support should not permit refunds when in the agreement of the game purchase is clearly stated there are no refunds, yet if you feel that you need your game license revoked that badly they are the only ones that can help you with such
    an issue.

    Even if you unlink the card from your Microsoft account, the refund should be processed to it without any issues, don't worry. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
