    Have you checked Sign in to your Microsoft account The refunds actually went out around 30-60 days from May 13, but some people are just now getting the emails. So it is possible you received the
    refund a a couple of months before the email. It would be listed as an Xbox Rewards refund.

    Project Spark Refund

    Hi there,

    According to the Project Spark post about this, if you purchased Project Spark from a retailer separate from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store, then you are able to get the refund, but the retailer will not provide you with them.

    It says that you will be refunded in Windows Store Credit, and that it can take 30-60 days from October 5th for you to get the refund, so you should have it by now.

    I have the same problem, haven't recieved my refund. I did make my project spark purchases within the proper timeline for the refund.
