    Refund problem


    I bought the game "Ark" from the store because it was on sale and was very interested in it i have had the game for a week and realized i don't enjoy it as much. i went on my payment history and did not give me an option to refund. i tired looking things
    up and haven't found any solution. it might be the case i got too many hours on the game but i really need to somehow refund it. Is there any solution to get a refund. Please help

    You would want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check. Keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. Any purchases that count towards other offers on the site,
    will not be included in your rebates.

    Good Morning,

    I have one star in Rewards Xbox Program. That star says that i'll have 2% back in my shopping, but i never recevied nothing back. Could someone please check why?

    Game refunds has certain criteria that needs to be met before it can be refunded.

    Bought in the past 14 days and have not played more than 2 hours.

    Certain games, DLS etc can NOT be refunded. ToC applies.

    No you can not get a refund for a digital game if it was purchased more than 14 days ago.
