    Refund Policy


    Im asking this as I am looking to refund Madden 21. I went to refund the game, as its been 13 days since it launched, (14 day return policy) only to find out I can not as I made a pre order on August 20th. (The Game Relased August 28th) I played alittle
    of the trial before launch but since have been utterly disapointed by the lack of polish the game had. I feel robbed. Is there any way I can still refund?
