Refund Policy

I just bought my first video game on the microsoft store via download (Gears Of War 4). I never really got into any of the other games in the series but decided to try it out thinking that I might enjoy it. I played the game for about 1hour and decided that
this game is not for me (I play games liks sc2, and LOL). I've bought many games on steam and Blizzard and when they have not lived up to my expectations these companies have always refunded me. I was very disheartened to have been told that microsoft would
not refund me the game because i technically played it. Does microsoft care about their customers retention? are they only trying to make a quick buck? I explained to them that this game did not live up to my expectations but it didn't matter. I was informed
that microsoft corporate makes the decisions high up and everyone below enforces. I understand this process because I am too in management with a business company, and know that it is the voice of the customers that makes company policies change. So I am reaching
out to everyone in the forums who have had similar experiences, same experience, or who would never want to go through this experience in an effort to change how the refund policy works. I believe microsoft should at least give 2-3 refunds for any item purchased
if it does not meet the customers expectations. Please leave your stories, complaints, recommendations about the refund policy that microsoft has in place.

You can log into your Microsoft account on the website and navigate to recent purchases and select to get help with the order or you can visit Contact Us | Xbox Support and
open an online support chat with the Xbox support team to request the refund. Please note purchases on the Xbox Store are final but you may qualify for a once-off refund.

Yesterday I bought a 50$ card for gta online and guys convinced me they were modders so I gave them the code and they scammed me can u plz help me xbox
