Exactly same thing for me on this movie - I've contacted an agent, but I was cut off mid chat after waiting 40. I explained all other streaming was fine and that I was even watching a HD movie through Netflix as we chatted, but he proceeded to ask questions
about my speed etc. I've wasted enough time on this - I hope you get your refund & I want mine too. Its not acceptable!

I purchased Killer Joe on the Zune player to rent. It constantly buffers. Watch for 5 seconds and then buffers for 30.

I have a 50mb connection with Virgin Media, there's nothing wrong with my connection, I'm downloading other stuff fine, streaming from Netflix, Love film, Youtube fine.

I rented it on Friday night and couldn't watch it as the same issue was happening and can't watch it now.

This is not my end. I'm not unskilled with computing. I build computers, know about networking and software and how to diagnose issues.

I won't be able to watch this video before it expires in a few hours as I need to go out and would like a refund. I should be able to view immediately without issues from the point of renting it. If it were my fault, fair enough. But everything else works.
I've cleared the memory cache on my new Xbox (pointless exercise), its already networked with an Ethernet cable and everything else streams fine.
