Refund please help

Well I'm not certain if you'll be able to get a refund, but you can try contacting XBPS and see if they'll hear you out. Also, it isn't safe to give out your e-mail on the forums, as it's a risk to your security.

You have to contact
Xbox Support for a refund but they do not have to give you one.

Typically, the policy is that there are "No Refunds". However, there has been very special cases where they will actually perform a refund of points back to you.

It wouldn't hurt to contact Billing at Xbox Support to see if they can allow an exception.

Unfortunately, there isn't going to be much we can do, at least on the Xbox Support Forums. The description of the pack itself specifically states that there are "(No Refunds)" and that if you already have the ELITE service (Which you do), you already "own"
the content.

I would highly suggest calling Xbox Support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX (or Xbox Chat Support) and go through the proper steps to get to "Billing". Maybe they can hear your case and do something about it.

You can't. Games that have been played and purchased after 14 days cannot be refunded. Whenever you switch back to Xbox, the games will be on your account.
