    Hi Jake.

    Have you been playing the game before requesting a refund, then you will usually get turned down. And no, unfortunately there is not another option other then the request refund at support.

    What you could do also is to talk to tour friend and tell him to cancel the dispute and you ask for the refund of the contents you purchase using his credit card.

    During my entrance tour of the college of winterhold a dragon decided to attack so my tour guid stopped mid sentance screaming about a dragon and throwing fireballs. Easiest dragon kill so far. I actually thought this was a scripted event at first but
    when my tour guide just went back to the barracks i realized she was broken, and i had to finish the tour by myself.
