    Good evening requested a refund 29 may 2021 for R599.50 and was approved till today 6 and a half weeks later still no refund recieved?

    Confirmed with my bank that there's no pending refund request on my account.

    Can someone help me please?

    Where do games purchased with Verizon billing get refunded?

    When you get refunded, it gets refunded to the choice of payment you made. So if was a card payment it would be refunded back on the card. If it was gift card then the refund goes back to Microsoft Account balance. For you, then the refund should go back on the Verizon billing.
