    Hi All,

    I recently deposited some money into a child's account within my family. I realised I put this into an address that is no longer used. I immediately spotted my error and transferred some more money into teh correct account, I assumed I could request a refund.
    Microsoft said no due to terms and conditions. I asked if it could be transferred to another member within my family. They said no. Is there any advice anybody can help me. I have money sat in an account that cannot be spent. Incidentally the term and conditions
    they throw at me is for USA and Canada. I transferred Sterling in the UK for a UK account . Microsoft customer services seem very unwilling to help which is very frustrating.

    XBLVIP TOPDOG is correct. When your son violated the Code of Conduct/Terms of Use, he was caught and banned permanently. This means you lose any remaining membership, currency and purchased content. Next time he should play by the rules.

    You cannot transfer to another account. Transfering digital games between 2 accounts will not be possible. Only way of getting it on the other account is if you request a refund and purchase it on the other account. Try going here for the refund Request
