    seeing as even though i have contacted xbox numerous times regarding my disabled sons permanent xbox live ban and explained in length our situation yet you still insist on sticking to the ban,i want either a refund on the years gold membership i have paid
    for or i want it transferred to my other account, i have contacted our local evening herald regarding the poor understanding and co operation from the xbox live team and will be keeping a record of your response to show them, Im not made of money therefore

    Transfer or refund Gold subscription

    Bought a 12 month Gold subscription for my son for Christmas for his xbox one. Turns out he can't get any free games because they are either (18) or xbox360 which he can't download with his account.

    Obviously I should have applied the subscription to my account, then he could have shared the benefits and the games I can download?

    Can I transfer the subscription to my account or get a refund so I can buy one for my account?

    You would have to contact support and speak to billing. If it's within the first 30 days of the subscription, they should be able to cancel it and give you a token to redeem on your account. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    I apologies for the restoration this is causing. Understanding that you wish to have the Gold Membership(1-year Gold) Transferred and or Refunded. Unfortunately anything related to the account has been forfeited stated Within the Xbox Live Code of Conduct

    XBLVIP TOPDOG is correct. When your son violated the Code of Conduct/Terms of Use, he was caught and banned permanently. This means you lose any remaining membership, currency and purchased content. Next time he should play by the rules.

    You cannot transfer to another account. Transfering digital games between 2 accounts will not be possible. Only way of getting it on the other account is if you request a refund and purchase it on the other account. Try going here for the refund Request
