refund or possible code change

is the decision email the one where you are told if you got refunded because i have tried all the email links and that they are all unmonitered accounts

The decision email is the one where they give you a decision. I'm not sure what other way to explain it. They tell you if you got a refund or not. The refund request creates a service request that is handled and reviewed by a refund specialist and they are
the ones who send you the emails. They are monitored. Nothing is automated.

That would be your decision email since it told you whether or not the refund was eligible. You would reply to that email.

Although, all refund requests will be through the "Request an Xbox refund"
