Refund or Gift Card

Hi, on xbox live rewards I was wondering if i could get a refund on the germs or get the $25 gift card. I spent 1,000 germs on Paladins Better with Friends Bundle, but I did not want it because I do not play that game. I wanted to spent 1,000 germs on the
$25 gift card, but it gave me this instead. It was available on May 16, 2018 around 5 or 6 pm. I have a screen shot that it does not said out of stock.

I was specifically told by xbox support to post it here and Rockstar would be in contact with me.

And on my receipt it specifically says:

Special note for digital gift card customers: You can cancel your gift card order and receive a refund up to 14 days after your digital gift card has been sent or until your gift card has been redeemed, whichever occurs first.

 

Getting a refund on a sent gift?

  Sign in to the gift card history page in your Microsoft account. If you end up on a gift card merchandise page, select Gift card history, sign in,
  then select Gift card history again.

  Locate the gift card to cancel.
  
• 
  Select Cancel > Confirm to cancel the order and get a refund.

We see that you selected the Paladins Better With Friends Bundle. Since that is the prize you claimed, it is the one you received.
