    Refund Options?


    I’m having an issue with an add on for Cod:Black Ops 3. “The Giant” map for the zombies mode is installed along with other maps however in game it says it still needs to be purchased. I would’ve refunded it sooner but this is an old purchase that isn’t eligible so I thought I’d try here since I don’t really know where to go for a problem like this, thanks.

    No refund option

    i wasnt able to do the refund online and whenni contacted support i got a complete run around saying they couldnt do it.... i own a oneX and it crashes my system repeatedly if customer support can't do the refund over the phone that is [removed by mod]
    the game does not work PERIOD

    From what i played of it it was ok so as not to get to upset by issues i have given the game a break and will keep an eye out for updates and things settling.

    All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.
