    Excuse me, the problem is that a charge was made to my credit card from an unwanted 12-month Xbox Live Gold membership. I would like to know if there is a way to receive a refund of a percentage of what has been paid since one month has passed since the

    Microsoft Account Order history webpage     and there may be the option to refund the purchase here. If you don't have the refund option available can you try contacting the Xbox support team directly through

    Yes, if the refund option does not appear, it is because it is no longer available for that product.

    Amazing! Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.
