    i want a refund on my subscription, i keep getting disconnected from forza 7 every game, most games i dont even have the chance to complete a lap, i cant be bothered gaming with xbox windows 10 pc anymore, ive troubled
    shot everything, im done, i payed yesterday 24/8/2020 ill close my account when you give refund, im cancelling sub regardless, trash servers for pc, and it aint my specs, router, cables or anything else you guys put out there towards me/us on our end

    Did you buy "Minecraft Master Collection" or "Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection"? The first is only for the console. You would need to purchase the Window 10 edition to play it on PC.

    If you purchased the wrong version, you'll want to submit a refund request and then purchase the correct version.

    It sounds like you may have purchased Mincraft which is for the console and not Minecraft for Windows 10 which is for the PC. So it's looking for a console to install it on. You would need to

    submit a refund request     and purchase the correct version of the game.
