Unfortunately there is nothing anyone in the forums can do to assist with the billing issue.

The game pass Ultimate subscription needs to be canceled and ended before the Live subscription can added. You can see if a refund can be issued and then purchase the Live subscription after the other subscription has ended completely. You can go to
