    Hello All,

    I love my xBox but it has stopped working. I haven't used it in a month or so. I forgot about my auto renewal on my xBox Live account. I've been billed for a whole year I'm not going to use.

    I've since canceled my subscription but how do I get a refund. It's not fair I paid but cannot use it.

    You would have to contact support and ask about getting a refund.

    Hello, if you log into
    account.microsoft.com and go to the subscriptions tab
    you should see the sub listed there and an option to cancel it. For a refund you may need to contact billing support to request one from there. They may be able to assist you further. support.xbox.com/contact-us
