Refund on NBA2k21

I requested a refund on a digital download i purchased on NBA 2k21 that was declinded for some reason. i purchased the wrong NBA2k21 package off the xbox store and need it refunded. i have already gone out and bought a hard copy of the game at the store
of the version that i wanted and do not need two of the same game downloaded on the same counsel. you can check my account that shows i have bought the game twice so please refund my digital purchase from the xbox store. Thank you.
