    Is it possible to refund my Xbox Life subscription? I had auto-renewal on, and it purchased a year without us knowing. I cant find the button to cancel my subscription.

    Did you purchase this digitally through the xbox? If so you can request a refund here :

    Request an Xbox digital product or subscription refund

    For future reference, Games that require Xbox live will tell you in the overview, "REQUIRES XBOX LIVE GOLD, SOLD SEPARATELY."

    It looks like you've got Gold Membership on your account now, so you must have automatic renewal on. To turn it off, please go to:

    support.xbox.com/.../cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription

    If you have received the service(s) from Microsoft, in this case Xbox LIVE Gold, then there aren't usually refunds.

    A: An Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack subscription cannot exceed 36 months. If your family members have more than 72 months of Xbox LIVE Gold membership remaining combined when they are added to the Xbox LIVE Gold family pack, any remaining time on their subscriptions
    in excess of the 72 months will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund for any time beyond 72 months.
