    Hey, i bought (Fortnite - Deluxe pack) in the Microsoft Store but i can't play it on my PC account and i don't have an Xbox console. So i'm trying to refund my money because of this issue.

    Another option is to go over to
    Xbox Customer Support     and request a callback by just following the instructions on the support webpage.
