    I forgot that my Xbox one S does not have a kinnect

    also, battlefront one & Jedi academy is broken as well. Im guessing starfighter is too, but i dont have that one.

    Has anyone who encountered this problem purchased the games from the xbox 360 dash instead of the microsoft store on xbox one or the website? Because if it works from the xbox 360 store then that might be the reason why. All it would take is a refund to microsoft
    store credit and just repurchase from the 360 store instead of the website or xbox one store.

    It’s possible. I’ve gotten a few refunds for games before. You’ll need to contact them directly though, either through chat or phone.

    If you purchased the game through the Play store, then it is them who you need to ask for a refund. Microsoft will not give you a refund for a purchase from another store.

    I totally understand, however, you have purchased the base game on Steam which is a different platform from Microsoft Store, you can only install the add-ons that you have if you have purchased the base game on Microsoft Store.

    You will be needing to request a refund so you can purchase the add-ons through Steam. To request a refund kindly sign in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

    I have to buy a pc edition, but I bought it with an x-box edition.

    You cannot get the pc version of the game from the Microsoft Store. You will need to request a refund from here https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/billing/payment-and-purchases/request-refund Then purchase the game from a PC store, like the ubi store here
