    Hi I need help please.

    My son got into my Xbox account and accidently purchase a few games without my knowledge or consent and is a minor.

    Will I be able to get a refund and what is the process.

    The only valid reasons for a refund are, the game doesn't work, or it was a purchase error. Other than that all digital purchases are non refundable and therefore no refunds.

    You can request a refund by following this link: Xbox Refund Support

    Be sure to log in with the account you made the purchase with. Keep in mind that this wont guarentee a refund due to guidelines it must follow.

    a refund for a digital purchase" after that, manually check the orders for purchase and Choose the reason the most suitable for your request.
