    To get a refund on the game, you will need to visit this webpage here: Request a refund for digital games | Xbox Support

    You will need to sign into your account you used to purchase the game on and see if the game is listed on the orders page. If it is, then you will be able to see if you can request a refund which will be sent to the refund team at Xbox.

    They will decide if they can issue a refund for you. They will send an email detailing their choice.

    I am surprised how many people are having problems, it's weird, anyway there is no refunds usually on games and try downloading it in a day or two again and see if it is an Xbox marketplace server issue. Also try using a different profile and try playing
    on a friends Xbox.
