refund on download return

Sometimes takes a few days to show a refund depending on how it was paid. How long has it been since you were told you had the refund?

To be fair, the other console has the exact same return policy, if anything it's more stringent as you can't refund after the title is downloaded.

MT13MT, in that case, Microsoft doesn't collect any devices directly at your home. You would have to take it to the nearest post office indicated by Microsoft on the email which you will receive after creating a service order for your device.

Refunds are on a case-by-case basis. If for some reason you are unable to play your game within an hour and contacted Microsoft Support about it, you would be suggested to contact the developer about said issues. If the developer can't guarantee that your
problem can't be fixed, contact Microsoft Support again and have some documented evidence (screenshot of your contact with developer, or links to the message board topic in question), and they will give a refund. This is how I got my refund for EverSpace.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 might be next for me personally, since I can't even start the damn game.
