    Ok ,

    purchased Fallout 76 digitally on the 17th april. Downloaded the game, but it will not play.It goes into its first screens then asks me to press any button to start, which i do ,then it tries to sell me Microsoft Ultimate which i already subsribe to. Then
    I say no thanks and it takes me back to the start and we loop all over again. So I havn't played the game and have spent all the time trying every fix on the planet including all bethesda fixes plus 3 experts from x box all to no avail and I now find out
    that it is not on any of the games on Xbox Ultimate lists. So I would like a refund. Seeing as no one seems to be able to help me and I can't play the game. The loop can be seen at B10FzdGngsM.

    No one in the forums is able to assist with refunds. You'll need to go through the refund request form found at https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions refund

    And there we still have yet another loop, because you can't get a refund if the purchase is over 2 weeks old.
