    Hello,

    No doubt you get this a LOT - but my 8 year old son has purchased an expensive digital game on his Xbox without my permission.

    Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition for $99.95 on May 26th 2020.

    I have tried for over an hour now to get a refund for this game without any luck.

    Can I please have some help?
