Refund on a digital copy of Minecraft because I can't run mods

I've owned it for maybe an hour and not played at all, but it's saying I can't get a refund because it's digital.

you can only get a refund if you have owned the game for less than 14 days and played no more than 2 hours of the game, if either of these limits have been reached then no.

java edition which you purchase from the mojang site(the original minecraft) can be modded to your hearts content.

I purchased the bedrock console version and I own the digital copy of Minecraft for windows but can't claim the java edition

He can't ask for a return for the disk once opened

And he can't ask for a refund for something he got free which is the digital copy

Not sure why he is pulling this on you becauae you can't pull money from trees

Only the refunds team deals with this and only xbox store digital copies not dual entitlement since it's from ea and for free

The digital copy would've been free

You would get the digital series s or x copy by default because you paid for the digital version for free if you had those consoles those you can't refund either

Fyi make sure you click on the right digital copy

If it's doesn't havr a price that's your dual entitlement which can't be refunded as mentioned

So remember to click the one with the price in the order

You cant as for money for something free because you can always reinstall it and get more money back
