    due to the fact that the payment method has not been removed from the profile was automatically debited from the debit card for the gold status. The order of the gold status was not planned to be made. How can I cancel the service and return the money?

    Refunds are given to the payment method that was used, so if it was a gift card, then the refund goes back to the Microsoft account the card was redeemed on. If it was a credit/debit card, then the money goes back on the card.
