Refund not going through to credit card.

Hello,

I was issued a refund on 4/19/14 for my xbox live subscription. It shows in my payment history the charge and later refund of $64.79. However it has been ten days and I have yet to see the refund in my bank account. When would the money transfer back to
my card?

No one on the forums can issue refunds.

Only support can do this.You can contact them via this link

It should also turn of auto renew if you do not want your gold automatically renewed.

14 day trials only allow limited access to Xbox Live features. It does not actually make your account Gold.

Nowhere did it say that I do not qualify, as on the code clearly says Xbox Live Gold trial (14 days), which in my vocabulary means exactly that - Live Gold limited to 14 days only.

I will try to contact them, thanks for your help, appreciate it.

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.

that 14 day pass is a limited gold pass. there are no full gold 14 day passes.
