Refund of my susbcription

I setup my account to let me know couple days before the subscription was about to being charge, but I never got that notification, and today I got a charge for the subscription. I want a refund for that.

i think the 1 dollar susbcription is for first time users, you can check with microsoft when you call to ask for the refund

You need a gold susbcription in order to play online.

so what happened did it keep asking u to re downloading it or it was asking u to delete and re install it and what was the subscription to

 

theres so many subscriptions to a lot of different things your going to need to explain on what the app or service subscription u signed up for
