Refund of Destiny Season Pass

I was wondering if anyone has been able to get refunds before for season passes purchased. I purchased the season pass for Destiny and was enjoying it until the very beginning of 2015. I had to send my Xbox One in to be serviced. It finally came back
in but only to work for 24 hours then die. I have sent it back in again and will more than likely no get it back till the end of February. I have now gone 2 months without my Xbox and have not been able to enjoy any of my season pass. I really do think
I deserve a refund if i can enjoy the game. Anyone have any feedback on this?

Well...customer service...

I've had one refund done in the past and it was over an accidental purchase of Battlefield 4 season pass. The lady handled it really well and explained to me they are not suppose to refund stuff like that but since I called immediately she authorized the refund. My intentions was to purchase the game and season pass together but chose the wrong one.

destiny 2 : forsaken

Hello, I want buy the season pass for destiny 2. I've only found an edition with the game + forsaken+season pass. Is it possible to buy only the seaon pass?? or forsaken + season pass??

You can always contact support to see about getting a refund, but everything in the marketplace does state that there are no refunds so there is no guarantee of one.

You will not get a refund.

The season pass entitles you to download the dlc at a discounted price,which you can still do,so there's nothing wrong with the season pass,it's just unfortunate that you've had to send 2 consoles of for repair

You would be better off hitting them up for a couple of months of gold to make up for the downtime.

Also if you live in the right country, disclaimers that state "No refunds will be given for this purchase" or anything along those lines are meaningless as most countries have consumer laws in place that override any "policies" that a vendor thinks will
protect them. These usually only mean that it is illegal to refuse a refund for a faulty product though.

You would need to go to purchase history on your account and request a refund, the season passes on destiny are cross platform but the dlc has always been platform specific.
