    Refund Not Being Paid In


    Good Morning Support!

    Last week, (Saturday the 12th of March) I accidentally bought FIFA 19 on my Xbox 360. I put in a refund request to Microsoft which they then approved. On the relevant e-mail, it stated that the money would be in within 5 business days. It has now been a full week and NO money has been paid into my account. Please can you help me in following up to see where my money is.

    I have revisited my order and it only says completed on it, there is nothing about a refund being in place. As it is the last of the 7 business days today, surely it has to say refunded on my order by the end of today?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.

    Ok so on Microsoft's side, on my order history, there isnt anything saying that the order is refunded. how is the banks processing, with delays and all the issue if the money hasnt even been refunded yet? My question is that because you said that it is max 7 business days for xbox to credit the refund, surely by the end of today, it should say 'refunded' on my order?
