I bought a game then a month later I want to refund it because I don't play the game and they declined I don't know why though because I only used the game a few times

because you can ask for a refund after 14 days max.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this difficulty getting a refund.

Normally, after submitting the refund request, you’ll be sent an email on whether or not it was approved or denied.

This followupemail you will receive is the only means to get in contact with the refund
department directly and will be the only means of you disputing the verdict as well.

You have up to 14 days to refund the game. Once you exceed the 14 days you can no longer refund the game. Before you buy any game you should watch gameplay and do a little research before investing.

Try playing it for the first day or so and see if you like it.

Microsoft's refund policy requires that the purchase be made within the past 14 days. After 30 days (a month), they presume you intend to keep it.
