Refund nightmare

I bought my friend a gift and the code doesn't work because we are in different countries and this was just 2 days ago i was told i was not eligible for a refund which i clearly am due to Microsofts terms of sales i filled out multiple forms requesting a
refund but got denied multiple times

Microsoft store have stolen my money and won't refund me or reply to emails

because their customer service is appauling, so many departments..I'm still trying to get a refund. Nightmare. Never trust microsoft honestly

 

Refunding a game,

Yesterday (06.01.2018) i bought a game (Little Nightmares), and i want to refund it. I only played it for 13 minutes. Is there is a way to refund? I see a button to refund a game but it's says that i need to connect all my devices that i installed game
on it to internet (I have Xbox connected and logged in ;/)

 

You'll want to try replying to one of the emails you received denying the refund.

You’ll receive a confirmation email and should get a response from the support team within 48 hours.

• If you don’t hear back from the support team within 48 hours: Reply to the confirmation email requesting an update on the status of your request.
• To track the status of your refund request: Check your
  Order history.

The account that sends the confirmation email is an unmonitered account i tried to reply multiple times but got the same reply
