Refund never processed?

Hello,

I've been in contact with support multiple times over the last couple of months about a refund I was approved for, yet the balance seems to have never been released or processed to me.

I've had the game related uninstalled for about 2 months now, and it still appears in my Ready to Install list.

The last agent I spoke to gave me an email I could reply to them through, and after about 2 replies, he said a team was deployed to handle this matter for me, and to check if my refund was processed. It was not, and it's been more than two weeks since with
no response from them.

Is there anything else I can do? I still have the emails and service numbers linking to where I was approved for said refund. Waiting almost 3 months now for this is quite the feat.

Multiple support to refund never processed since many time. Last couple of months i get approved letter for refunding which you send on my email but now here is nothing which you are showing on top

Well first and FOREMOST

check https://account.microsoft.com

If it says refund is proccessed then its out of ms's hands

This is where you are going to have to check

For international transactions it can take upto 30days unless its ms account balance

And it will only go to the original payment method

Banks do batch proccessing domestic transactions are priority

International well you have to wait till they have a stack of them

This is why yoir card holder aggreement says event of refunds you are still responcible for minimun payment

Now if you used paypal its in their aggreement with you 3 months to proccess refunds plus your local banks time

For me, it keeps loading without ever connecting. I'm unsure if it's either not working, or if I'm just in a queue.

Hello Bryce, ok let me explain this, after a refund is requested and the order accepted by Microsoft, it may take up to 72 hours to make the refund.

If your game or subscription was purchased with an account balance, this amount will enter your Microsoft account on time.

However if the game or subscription was purchased by credit card this amount will only appear in your credit card's next billing cycle, the process may take 30 more days depending on the closing of your card invoice.

That's because Microsoft doesn't have access to the banking movement of financial institutions,

So in practice it means that the invoice for the card that bought the game or subscription has to be paid, and on the next invoice it will appear as credit on your card.
