    Today I have paid for Tammy on xbox video on the 360, streaming in hd for £4.50 I rent movies on xbox a lot and I have never had a problem before with streaming, I have gone on the surport and gone through all the lists to help and no luck, even rang bt
    to complain that my fibre optic broadband is causing problem and they have done their checks, at their end so I can only assume that I can't watch my movie due to your service which i paid for and is now telling me i cant watch any movie due playback error
    which is really annoying as you only get 24 hrs to watch so by the time I finish work tomorrow I won't be able to watch the film and might as well put my money in the bin. Some advice please or refund?

    I am sorry for this issue, I have had the same issue and it was quiet upsetting because I rented a movie and was never able to watch it.

    You can look here for errors and what to try to fix by following this link:
    support.xbox.com/.../video-playback-status-codes

    You never gave an exact error message so I wasn't able to help you fully.

    You can call Microsoft in hopes of getting a refund by calling 1-800-469-9269.

    The number posted above is for North America. OP - the currency symbol you used suggests that you are in the UK. Try either of these numbers 020 7365 9792 or 0800 587 1102
