    I would like a refund on minecraft as i have not been playing it. The cost of the game is also unreasonable and realms isnt even considering the price of minecraft. Please refund as it still has been 15 working days.

    Xbox support will offer refunds on Marketplace purchases (not just Minecraft) on a case-by-case basis.

    In the case of the Minecraft refunds. They are only offering that refund to people who do not have a HDTV, who purchased Minecraft before the 11th of May. That was the date they changed the game's description on Xbox Live. Give support a call.

    I bought minecraft dungeons from the official website minecraftdungeons.com and I bought minecraft hero pass for dungeons on microsoft store on my web browser but it wont install and it wont link to my xbox live microsoft account which is linked to my minecraft
