    xbox you could have sent an email by saying hey ur tag is not right plz change here is a free change instead u guy made me waste 20 bucks just to change my tag again cuz u decided to change it for me i would like a refund for the second time now

    If you have received a forced GT change you can view it on enforcement.xbox.com. Your warning would have been the Code of conduct that you agreed to on sign up.

    i asked my parents to change the gamertag with money then refund it and they said no way.
    That would be fraud anyway and there are no refunds on gamertag changes.

    Ok awesome, I used my refunds on gamertag changes and she said it’s probably cuz I used them on gamertag changes which is why I can’t refund anymore and she said my accounts fine. So both of my accounts are still good to use?

    You don't. Gamertag changes are not eligible for refund.
