Can you try logging in through an MWR wifi connection? Often they have a VPN to allow access to home websites (depending on the location)

First of all try to turn off and on the Xbox then relaunch the game.

If it dont work try to erase all the personnal data and cache go manage games and addons then remove your personnal data and then the game and redownload it.

It would probably work i had same issue last week end .

Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. Unfortunately you will need to go back to the retailer where you purchased the disc so they can replace the code for you since the code was likely included in the box. Retailers are responsible for replacing a used
or missing code from a game you bought through them.

You'll need to contact them first, but if they refuse to help you then you will need to contact
Xbox customer support because there is nothing we can do about a used code on the forums unfortunately.
