    "February 19, 2023 | Order number 7832864493" - with this order number I refund RIDE 4 because I choose the wrong version. The status of the order was already refunded, but I have yet received the money in the account that was paid for (VISA Debit Card).

    What is the solution?

    You say your refund was just approved?

    If so, then you just need to wait, depending on the bank your money takes between 2 and 5 days after the refund approval to appear on your account back again.

    Yes it stated refunded, and the total was already zero.

    I've already refund games before, but it was quick on credit card, Is it takes longer when its debit card?

    Anyway, I'll try your advice and wait about 2 to 5 working days to receive the money.

    My refund only refunded me $7 on a $80 purchase?

    I already received the email that the refund has been processed and accepted and I was just waiting on the money to come back and today I got refunded $7. The game is Wo Long which is a full price game. The issue I’m having is that I just paid $80 for a game but then refunded it without even opening it. It said the refund would take a few days and it even says refunded under the status however I only have $7 that we’re actually refunded to my Microsoft account.

    Has it been refunded already? Check your order history on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ what's the status of your order. If it says refunded already, it cannot be reversed. If it's not yet refunded, reply back to the email confirmation you received about your refund request.
