Refund money from xbox on A Game

My xbox 1 was d.l. tony hawk 1+2 finished d.l. and now it says I got to fix payment options. Fixed paymrntand now I still have the error code saying my game is not purchased. Xbox game pass and gold member. This is garbage Microsoft. And no one to help...
the online robot is no help whatsoever might just go to ps

Correction trial cards dont give you axcess to 360 gold it only affects $xbox ones

Free one month trials that came with Xbox 360 games only gave you partial access to XBL if I remember correctly.
