Refund Money Back

i asked for a refund to the game cod bo4 but the only money i got back was the money that was on microsoft but i also paid the rest with my cash app do anyone know how long it will be until i get the money from my cash app back too

Regarding your question, if you see we've issued the refund, but the money hasn't been credited back to your payment provider, wait a few days. Depending on the bank, it can take a few days to process the refund.

If your refund request got approved then it should take 72 hours, or else just contact Xbox customer support.

Check your email, specifically your junk or spam and see if you received an email saying whether the refund was accepted or denied. They'll usually respond within at least 72 hours

Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
Step 2 : Select your Product
Step 3 : Select your Issue
- Select – Call me back

If you received the email:

After you submit your refund request

You’ll receive a confirmation email and should get a response from the support team within 72 hours.

To cancel your refund request: Reply to the confirmation email requesting cancellation.
If you don’t hear back from the support team within 72 hours: Reply to the confirmation email requesting an update on the status of your request.
To track the status of your refund request: Check your
Order history.
If you have a question once your request is processed, reply to the decision email.
