Refund [Mod removed]

Thursday a friend was hanging out and he accidentally bought Marvel's Avengers using my account (both our accounts were signed in) Friday when we realized the mistake we requested a refund. It was denied for having played the game for an hour and then the
denial email proceeds to link us to the above right page claiming we must fall within refund terms on that page. Contacting Xbox support was told to reply to the denial to request a repeal and provide the above information. I did that sunday night. Today
support told me to just re-request a refund and once again explain the issue, attempting to do that for the past 3 hours results in the above left, I have been locked out from requesting ANY refunds.

items purchased on Microsoft store, shows how to do so from the order history. The only ones able to refund are the refund team.

Hi if you read the post you would see that attempting to request a refund on the refund page results in the left screen, also there has been no reply from the refund team I have been left in the dark since last Friday (10-8-20)

Sometimes, it takes time for the coins to show up.

If you do not receive them after 24 hours of purchasing them, I recommend contacting EA support about it, they should help!

You may want to reach out and speak with them directly on the phone. Was it something like a simple typo, or you want a whole different name?

Yeah, Gamertag is a different story. I am almost 100% sure they will not give you a refund for a name change. You have to be lucky to get a refund. I'm sure everything you buy says that this is a final payment and you can't be refunded.
